WINNER FAQ SHEET
We’ve compiled common answers to the questions we receive from Signal Award Winners below. If you need further information, email us at customerservice@signalaward.com.
HOW CAN I UPDATE THE CREDITS ON MY SHOW’S GALLERY PAGE?
You can use the email address and password associated with your submission to login and view your entries and credits under the “Completed Orders” tab here: Signal Awards dashboard. There will be an option to edit and add credits. After you update the credits, click ‘save.’
THE COMPANY, CLIENT, OR TITLE OF MY PIECE IS WRONG
We’re here to help! Just email us at customerservice@signalaward.com with the new information, and we’ll be happy to make the requested changes.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHOW ARTWORK?
If you would like to update the image for your podcast in the Winners Gallery, simply email us at customerservice@signalaward.com with a new image that is at least 1200 x 1200 square .jpg or .png file.
HOW DO WE GET OUR MERCH?
In order to keep our entry fees as low as possible, we don’t add merchandise fees up front. As such, Winners must purchase merchandise in our store. We offer 1 Winner Package per winning entry, and this includes 1 statuette and 1 certificate for less than the cost of an individual statuette.
WHAT SHOULD I PUT IN THE PERSONALIZATION FIELDS ON MY MERCH?
By default, statuettes and certificates include The Signal Awards logo and “2024 Signal Award” or “2024 Signal Award Listener’s Choice.” Additional text must be entered manually. Each order includes 3 lines to personalize, and each line can accommodate a total of 26 characters. We suggest including the following details with your order:
First Line: Entry Title
Second Line: Winning Category
Third Line: Your Name or Team Name
Certificates will additionally mention Gold, Silver, Bronze or Listener’s Choice Winner as the award level.
WHAT IF MY TEXT WON’T ALL FIT?
The statuettes can only accommodate 26 characters per line, as determined by the manufacturer. That said, you are welcome to use the 3 available lines in any manner that you wish. We’ve seen entrants who split long titles between 2 lines, or abbreviate where possible.
CAN MY CLIENTS ORDER STATUETTES OR CERTIFICATES?
If you submitted a podcast on behalf of a client and their show is a Signal Award Winner you can purchase merch on their behalf. Alternatively, you can allow them to purchase directly by giving them the relevant Confirmation Number and Entry ID to use as a Guest login. These numbers can be found on your original invoice or you can use the “Send to Client” button when you are logged into the store, which will compose an email containing this information. Of course, our team is happy to help if neither of these options work.
HELP – I’M LOGGED IN BUT I DON’T SEE MY WINNER PACKAGE!
Winner Packages are only available for the winning entrant. To view them, you must log in with the email address and password combination used to enter your winning piece in The Signal Awards – if you login by Confirmation Number and Entry ID, you are technically logging in under the “Guest” view. Under this view, you can order single statuettes or certificates, but will not be able to order a Winner’s Package.
WHY CAN’T I ORDER MORE THAN ONE WINNER PACKAGE?
Only 1 Winner Package is available for each winning piece. This is a limited time offer and will rise in price over several ordering deadlines before eventually expiring. Individual statuettes or certificates can be ordered at their stated prices, and these will not expire from the store.
CAN I PAY LATER OR BY CHECK OR WIRE?
Only entrants logging in with the original winning credentials have the option to pay by wire or check in addition to credit card. If you have logged in using the Confirmation Number and Entry ID combination, you will only have the option to pay by credit card.
WHAT ARE THE PRICES/TIMELINES FOR DELIVERY?
The deadline to order your Signal Awards merchandise is November 22, 2024. We may extend the deadline based on demand, but prices will rise. We strongly suggest ordering by the deadline, especially since statuettes take eight to 16 weeks to arrive.
